Yes, it is an original color, but it wasn't offered on a Cutlass in 1970. The color is called Viking Blue. It is paint code 26 for 1971 & 72.

Is that exterior color an original? I am trying to find a dark blue that matches my interior. I think I have about the same color dash as you. Mine is a 72 cutlass supreme.
