Hi all,

Got a new frame and am now in the process of dissassembling the car. I have never done this before so wish me luck! I guess a person has to start someplace. |

Welcome to the site Ron! Do you have pictures of your project car you can share with us? You are not the first person to wind up with a bigger project than planned! This is a good place for encouragement, information, and help with problems you encounter along the way. Take the time to enjoy the project and try not to get stressed out with it

Great place for support, get answers to your questions, and find the stuff you need. Good luck on your build and keep us posted on the progress. Pictures are great too.

Welcome to CO. Just ask alot of questions if you get stuck. If this is your first resto a couple suggestions. Bag all the nuts and bolts in zip lock bags and use a marker to write on the bags where the parts came from and take MANY photos so you know how everything goes back together. Best of Luck and post some pics.

X2 on Rdrokit's idea about bagging and marking where everything comes from. This helped me out a lot and I just did the motor and engine bay plus a little work on the front end. I took a whole bunch of pics and when I needed a reference it was in my computer , all I had to do was print it off and take it to the garage. Good luck on your project.

Welcome to CO. One more suggestion, take lots of pictures before and during the dis-assembly.
