No need to say this but you are looking for a needle in a haystack. Every once in a few years a stray pedal pad will turn up on Ebay. I often thought of making a mold and making a few sets of these but I sold my Delta 4spd and the thing is by this time a nos pedal pad will have turned rock hard making it almost impossible to install without damage, ask me how I know...lol As for the shift boot I would just modify things and use a repro 66-69 A body boot. Its larger than the b-body boot by a little but covers the carpet better and the shifter hole is slotted not round but will round out some when the round shift handle is pushed thru.
