Kickdown and Switch Pitch Solenoid removal and manual replacement in ST-300 Jetaway

I have recently replaced my intake manifold, and carburetor on my 1964 Cutlass, and when replacing the transmission filter I noticed the electric kick down cable wire in there and realized that I won’t have a kickdown anymore. Is there anyway to remove the electric one and replace it with a manual kick down. And if so which cable and brackets would I need.

You need an electric switch that’s activated by the throttle position. The later TH400 cars had this on the pedal assembly.

A "manual" kickdown option is when you move the shift lever from D to L. Otherwise, install the switch so it works correctly.
