The engine ID # stamped on the front of the passenger side head will match your POP.

If the number on your head matches the POP that's some pretty cool documentation!

any chance you know what the POP besides the head ID would say to denote a 442

My car isn't a 442, but I did find the remains of the metal pieces in the POP. Here's an old thread with photos of the information they had on them. Its a Fremont car and was sold locally.

Found the POP tags under the seat of my 1964 Cutlass 4 speed car - ClassicOldsmobile.com
