Decode a Trim Tag?

I tried to decode this trim tag online but found some conflicting info on different sites so I thought it best to ask here at the source.
Too bad about the gouge in the second paint code digit but when I (carefully) unfold it, I believe it will be another "10".

Also would appreciate any info that can be sourced from this VIN:
344879M336XXX
Appreciate any and all input.
Cheers, Greg

With the cowl tag being somewhat defaced, it's hard to tell the upper body color/vinyl cover would be with the window sticker.

I'm guessing your underlying question may be the 34487 VIN vs the 33687 cowl tag. The use of Cutlass S cowl tags on 442s is correct for the 1968-69 442s and is well documented in factory literature.

Despite the damage to the cowl tag, the paint code is 10-10, which is Ebony Black upper and lower body colors. There were no other paint codes that started with the digit "1" in the 1969 model year.

Trim code 930 is specifically black vinyl bucket seats with the Cutlass S/442 upholstery pattern.

Thanks for the info.
And yes, this is a non vinyl roof car.
Joe, what color stripe options were offered with a black car?

It could have been a factory two tone car, but as I noted, there were no other color codes that started with the digit "1" that year.

Available stripe colors for 1969 were white, black, blue, gold, and red, and all but black were recommended color combos with Ebony Black.

Blue is probably the least common and most distinctive.

Just to be sure, the Y73 stripes were painted on rather than any type of sticker or decal, correct?
