Spindle Backing/Splash Shield Plate Bolt

I just ordered some more parts from ILT, and the bolt that mounts the front backing plate to the spindle seems kinda cheap. Are they all like this? See pics. My original has 6 notches (Grade 8) on the head with L3 (or L8) in the middle. How do I know what grade the repro bolt is? This is the top bolt that has the locking tab around it.

To start with, they are too short. Ten, they are grade 1, or assume such as there are no grade marks on them. Long story short, don't use them. Even Lowes or Home depot can do better for you if you really need new bolts.

I will just reuse the original bolt. Anyone know if they were gold CAD plated (as repro one in pic) like the caliper brackets?
