Olds Aurora

Good luck with your search. When you find one don't forget that you'll have to install aftermarket head bolts unless the previous owner has receipts showing they were already installed.
The 4.0l v8 engine in Oldsmobile Auroras was referred to as the Shortstar. It was a baby version of the 4.6l Cadillac Northstar. Those engines were aluminum blocks with steel head bolts that were fine threads. The proper way to fix the common blown head gasket is an engine OUT procedure. You remove the head bolts, cut coarse threads and install helicoil style inserts.
