Today sucks!!!

Today is the one year aniversary of the worst day of my life. I am at work and we have been busy all morning so I have not had much time to think but now that we have slowed down the day keeps playing in my head like a freakin recording. I need to get busy again.

Time may heal all wounds, but it leaves you with the scar. Every anniversary will be less painful than the one before. Occupy your mind. It's not the cure, but it helps. Here's wishing you a better day tomorrow.

X3 Richard,

My thoughts are with you and your family, the pain does get less but hurt never goes completely away. Makes you cherish and appreciate life and never take anything for granted.

Hang in there Brother, I know it is tough. I know you are stronger now than a year ago, but sometimes its better to just let it out instead of keeping it pinned up inside. Our thoughts are with you and yours as well.

I know how you must feel - it is very hard to not think of it. Yes, do keep your mind busy - you will feel better in time! Hope your wife is feeling okay - it must be hard for her, too.
We are looking forward to hearing about the new twins soon!

Ironically this turned out to be a sucky day for me, too. I knew I shouldn't have pulled a valve cover on my Olds...

Woulda been a kodak moment for sure. Engine must have been cleaner on the outside than inside. Still cant find the drain holes...
Also I messed up one of the gorilla tight brake booster nuts shortly after.
I gave up for the day before something else went wrong.
