Found I am getting a 1983 Olds Cutlass
Found out on Tuesday I am getting a 1983 Olds Cutlass, inherited it.A family friend of my mom's passed last month, his family had to go through court although his will was done right.Had it set so it would not and it was contested.I am happy and found out my boyfriend will be going to pick it up.it is in Alabama.Boyfriend works for an auto transport company whom were contacted to get it up.I remember as a kid riding in it and drove it putting my pedal extensions on.Runs good with an Olds 307 in it having 61,000 miles on it and not a spot of rust clean inside.Boyfriend said he is leaving Monday to pick it up.

Yes. You're going to need the death certificate. Bring documentation indicating you are the executor, or administrator of the estate, as well. They may (depends on state) require the executor or administrator of the estate sign off on the title (if you are not the executor or administrator of the estate).
