Hmm.. I had mine re-cored because it was original to the car so not 100% sure. It wasn't cheap though! I'd try a local rad shop if you haven't done so. They usually have connections. Ours is a tricky year to find though as it's a one year only down flow rad instead of the cross flow like 65+.. Good luck on your search.

If you are not looking for originality, summit sells an all aluminum GM radiator that I am running in my 64. Only required minor modifications to the support and it dropped right in. They cost around $150.00, nice unit.

On my 64, the bottom corners of the Radiator support are rounded and in order to get the larger version of the Summit radiator to fit I had to fabricate square corners and weld them in. I also picked up some heavy rubber blocks that fit inside the Radiator's lower channel as a lower mount. I had the support off the car when I installed it, so I dont know if the modifications could be done while the support is still mounted in the car.
The smaller version may fit without an modifications at all.

aircleaner.jpg You guys are right the 64's are very unique being that both inlet and outlets are on the drivers side. being that the 64 water pump is unusal too. If any of 64 lovers need parst at some point this spring I an going to pull the body on my 4 post and get serious on the resto-mod project. Going to sell the 57K 330, the almost mint air cleaner, etc. I dont really have atime frame dead set yet but if you need something let me know.aircleaner.jpg
