Hi! Nice with more swedes here! There is two screws holding the plate, remove them and just pull it out, if it's the same on the 70' as the 69'?

Friction is holding it back. The plate is actually part of a curved spring steel clip that holds the lock cylinder in place. The spring force keeps the lock cylinder up against the trunk lid and this friction is what's holding that plate in place. Pull harder. I usually need to pry under the plate to get it to start moving.

I just replaced mine, and experienced the same issue you are having. I wasn't able to pull it out, so I took a 1/2 inch chisel (or you could use a flat head screw driver) and a mallet, and lightly tapped on the lower lip. Once I was able to get it to move a bit, I just continued to tap side to side and it came out. Just be patient and it will come out.
