1964 Jetstar 88 exhaust header question

I have a 1964 Jetstar 88 with a BB 425 in it from a 66 delta 88. The 425 has single exhaust pipe and I would like to know where I can get headers that would fit to go full dual exhaust. The clearance looks pretty close to the power steering pump.

Any ideas?

There are no headers for these cars; the demand is insufficient for any company to make them. The 1964 J88 was never offered with a big block Olds nor was it ever available with dual exhaust. The 1965-70 Olds full size cars use a slightly different frame but have the same clearance problem with the steering box. Your only option is to use the unique driver side exhaust manifold that was used on the 1965-70 cars. These are available repro. This manifold is designed to route up and over the steering box so the pipe comes down behind it. There might be some minor clearance issues since this manifold is designed for a different chassis than yours. The passenger side manifold remains the same for both single and dual exhaust applications. Olds simply used a cap over the port for the crossover pipe. Unfortunately the cap that is sold for the 350 manifolds won't fit the BBO manifold since the pipe diameter is larger. I made one by blocking off a section of the old crossover pipe.
