Interesting.....Guess the cost of a tow truck or rollback was too expensive. Hope they didnt F it up too bad or drop it when they took it off....I was thinking it was gonna go up in flames, if that was gas leaking and they created a spark dragging it up there!

Shhhessss, why didn't they just use the grappling claw and pick it up by the roof? I have dial-up and I have only seen the first part, not sure if I want to see it all. I have always like the 1966 B-bodied Olds. I have a solid 1966 Dynamic conv that is on the short list of my project cars to do. I have two complete 1966 Delta 4-doors for parts for the conv. I would have liked to bought that 66 Dynamic if it was closer. It looks pretty solid. You know it is tuff enough to fix these cars up without doing more damage like this. It will end up crushed, they will never fix it. I bet they damaged it even more trying to unload it. Kinda of "over-kill" bringing a logging truck. My car hauler "Big Daddy" would have wenched her up nice a smooth without any damage. I have about 70 Olds on it, so far. Did it still have the drivetrain, 425? Man, I hate to see idiots ruin these Olds. Later, Ken

Aw man - that was sad... poor car... idiots like that shouldn't be allowed within 200 feet of an old car.... You can bet there was some damage done there.. No offence but what else could you expect from a logger - I know a few of them and they are crude at best. All most of them know is brute force - the "Don't force it - go get a bigger hammer" mentality... *sighs* I'd agree about what someone like that will do with that poor car....
