3 groove waterpump pulley: 5.7in.OD or 6.4in.?
My 72 455 has the common 399404 KF pulley as it came with a 3 core rad but I put a 4 core in. Should I bother to swap in the smaller HD 5 3/4 overdrive pulley or is there no need. Plus, what are the pro's and con's of doing this as well as pro's and con's with keeping the KF?

Not a clue about repros, but if they don't reproduce the features of the original, they wouldn't be reproductions, would they?

I think he means how accurate of a reproduction are they.
I suppose the hose connections are in a slightly different spot if the tank is thicker, but the hose should be able to accommodate that. I went from 2 core to 3 core in my Chevy and used the same hose part numbers. The 67 took the same hose when I put an autozone special in it.
That Chevy radiator was an NOS Harrison. Working with it was great. The drains worked! Everything lined up except the small block shroud needed a little trimming on one side for the thicker tank.
