‘64 98 interior redo

I’ve been working on reupholstery of my ‘64 98. After looking around and finding nothing I decided to do it myself. I have some sewing skills but had never attempted anything like this before. It’s not factory by any means, but I decided I didn’t want that anyway. I’m missing a couple of door trim pieces but most everything is there now. The door pulls we’re all busted and I can’t locate replacements so I improvised on those.

Very nice. That is a lot of interior in a 64 ninety-eight. You have a skill that few of us on here have.

Well played sir!

this is one of my favorite aspects of working on these old cars, when i find something unavailible or priced to high, making your own.

in many cases you can fabricate something as good or better ( like youve done here) and get the satisfaction of knowing you made it.

the interior is very attractive!

Nice job. I did my whole interior myself too, like it much better than original.

WOW! That POPS!! Kudos!!!! I had to chuckle when I read that you have some "sewing skills" and were going to attempt this. My own sewing skills are wholly related to making KISS outfits for Halloween, back in the day. (they turned out pretty well, btw) Imagine my surprise when I saw your handiwork! Spot ON!! That looks awesome!
