64 Olds Factory Build Sheet

Took my 64 Olds to have the motor rebuilt and painted. My body shop delivered to motor to the rebuild shop which lost it and charged me $7500 for the motor they sent back. How do I get the original build sheet with all the specs to include the block # of my 394? This car belonged to my Grandmother and has been in the family for nearly 50 years. I'm smoking hot over this and can use some assistance.

Unfortunately, you can't. Those records do not exist. Even if you were to find a copy of the build sheet in the car, it won't have the engine details you are looking for.
