1977 98 Regency Full Factory Option List and MSRP

Please does one of you nice folks have a 1977 dealer album or dealer order form showing all the RPO codes available extra cost on a 1977 98 Regency. Looking at a loaded one and wondering if any options are missed. Thanks for your help.

I'd be interested to know what options were available too. Make sure you let us know if you go for a test drive or buy a new Olds.

Here you go. From the 1977 Oldsmobile Sales Handbook.

Thanks for sharing. $7,200 for a luxury car in 77. I doubt you could touch a modern luxury car (Cadillac or Lincoln) for 10x the price.

It has always amazed me that Oldsmobile never offered air-conditioning as standard equipment in a 98. Can you image this car without it? I would think that anyone with the means to buy a high-end car like this would certainly want A/C as one of their highest-priority options, and I wouldn’t be surprised to hear that the number of 1977 98s purchased without A/C numbered in the single digits.

The only model on which Olds ever offered A/C as standard equipment was the Toronado, and the first year for that was this year, in 1977.
