Looks pretty simple to me .
The whole radio bezel and the radio come out from the front .
There are two studs on the back of the bezel that attach it to the dash .
There is one bolt on the bottom of the radio , near the rear , that comes off .
Here is a pic . the locations are circled .

Should point out that there are two directions here. You can have the original electronics repaired, which involves an electronics man testing capacitors, and resistors, and soldering things to repair it, or you can have it converted, which involves using the mechanical parts of the radio and mounting a modern circuit board in it instead of the original board, and it will have all the bells and whistles you want.
Some people look down on chopping up an original radio, so a solution is to acquire another radio and have it converted, then sit the original unit on a shelf, maybe repaired as well, to increase eventual sale value.
I'm not endorsing either choice, but be sure you know what the firm you are hiring does, a lot of conversion companies say they repair and upgrade, which would imply using the original parts to the novice, when they really chuck half the radio in the trash and just use the case, *****, and dial and the new guts are often Chinese.
