Best Treatment for Drop Top

Best Treatment for Drop Top
So in going to Michigan to part out the donor 98 and arrange shipping of my 98 Convertible, I discovered a few positive things that I did not know previously. One of those is that the top is 100% original. My grandfather has been using Armor All on it regularly for 26 years and it seems to be in decent shape. But... it stayed inside a lot more than it will with me in Texas.
Is there a better treatment than Armor All? I suspect there may be, but wanted to ask the actual owners what has worked for them.
Thanks!

My car's convertible top spends most of the driving season folded up in the well -- I only put it up every month or so to stretch it out. I use a commercially available (Mother's, Meguiar, etc.) vinyl cleaner/dressing on it once a year when I put the car away for winter. The top looks about like it did when it was installed.

I have been using this stuff on my interior and my vinyl top and my convertible top.

I use a product called Black Top on my black top convertibles, amagine that. Helps on any that have gotten sun bleached, the rest I do hardly anything to except maybe clean them with Oxiey Clean if they get dusty or sap on them. Sometimes less is better, especially if what you use leaves a build up...Tedd

^^^x3^^^ for the 303 Aerospace Protectant than can be purchased from Walmart. I'm using it on my black vinyl top, and on my black vinyl interior surfaces. It has strong UV protection and does not leave a greasy residue like Armor All.
