Need OEM dipstick and tube, stock torque converter
My original engine oil dipstick and tube off my 70 442 are just too far gone. Anybody have a nice original set?
Also still looking for a clean bone stock TH400 converter, not a high stall

Why poo poo the higher stall converters? If you just had a SLIGHTLY higher stall quality street converter, your drivetrain probably wouldn't even notice. Even the OZ BF CZ "performance" 200-4Rs came from the factory with higher stalls (2000-2200) than most stock TH-400s and still used the stock radiator cooler. I'm guessing you're fearing any extra heat generated could tip you over the edge on heat buildup for the rad cooler? Does it just have to be numbers matching or something? If so, I'd get your old one rebuilt.
This reminds me I passed on an NOS TH400 stock converter for the 69 H/O a little while back. Just couldn't see spending the coin for something nobody will see and technology is further advanced on the good quality converters of today. And with 3.91s out back, my car would technically be a little better off anyway.
This one shows 1700-1900 rpm stall. Quite stock streetable IMO.
Thor Converter TH400 1700-1900 Stall Torque Converter, Odin Original, Metric Thread (monstertransmission.com)
Just something to consider.

OEM dipstick and tube, stock torque converter
As is usually the case, while looking for other parts, I found a box with NOS dipsticks and tubes. Also found a used T-400 torque converter. Please email me for pics, etc.: drolds1@bellsouth.net. Thanks, Bob.
