Did the 330 manifold mount a Quadrajet or a 4GC?

What year 330? The 64-65 330s used the square-bore 4GC. The 66-67 330s used the Quadrajet. An emissions-compliant 1980s Qjet will bolt on to the 66-67 manifold. That's about all you can say for it. Connections will be different, throttle linkage will be different, and the one certainty is that the jetting will be wrong.

One from a 1967 330 would work really well.

Carb number 7027036. There are at least five of them on ebay right now.

It will "work", but it won't be a bolt-on. 7028250 is from a 1968 350. The throttle linkage and the divorced choke are both different from 1967 to 1968. A correct 1967 carb would be best. Failing that, a 1970 carb (7040250) with the integral choke would be easier to convert to electric, solving the choke problem. You'll still need to modify your accelerator rod to fit any 1968-newer Qjet, however.

It is worth the time to try to find the exact carburetor by #. This will alleviate fabricating/modifying things to a level that will work but never really be correct. Think of "universal fits all" vs the "correct" stuff...there is a big difference.

Good luck!!!
