Fusick has them, you have to paint them. Also, ebay (collectorsautosupplyinc) has them.

Have you ever removed these? I pulled the windlace and it just came out of the metal channel on the door opening. Just trying to avoid destroying something as my car is original and a bit fragile.

I was referring to the fact I posted the incorrect URL link, but it's a moot point anyways since their page changes and so does the URL link.

So I am going to answer my own question now, LOL. I went for it and have some good pics. The kick panels have tabs that come up from the floor board (2 each). The back side next to the door opening is held by a metal slot/trim piece. Don't pull the wind lace out this metal trim piece, as that is not required and a pain to push it back into the slot that holds it. So, since its held fore and aft by this slot you have to slightly bend the kick panel in the middle to free it from the slot in the trim piece by the door. I used a plastic trim tool to pry the panel out of the slot while slightly bending the panel. My issue is the panel is so old and brittle that it didn't survive the removal without some damage.
I have new panels I have on order, and will have to paint them. DuPont Ivory # 1845 no longer exists so I will have to find a DupliColor that is close. I am picking up a couple of cans today. The kick panel has a vinyl cloth section on the bottom that I carefully removed (see pics with backing clips). I will just 3M this back to my replacement panels after I paint them, poke the holes for the trim piece and reinstall.

Well done you! Thank you for the photos and steps; it will really help me in the near future. Now I just need to find that metal trim & the clips.
What is a "wind lace" and where is it in your photos?
Don't forget to post your "after"!

Its the black verical strip, kind of second door seal, its really just trim. BTW, the ebay and collectorautosupplyinc dont stock the panels they are backordered until the end of May. I ordered from Fusick and they already shipped today. They are not painted from Fusick, but I have to paint mine anyway.

Got the panels from Fusick today, they had fawn color in stock which is a better match than my ivory paint I found, so did not paint them. Just 3M adhesive on the black vinyl, used old one to pattern the chrome trim location, glued the vinyl and installed chrome trim piece.
