Shank Lug Nuts for Ansen Sprint Rims

Shank Lug Nuts for Ansen Sprint Rims
Hi,
I bought some used Ansen Sprint-style rims off Craigslist for my 70 Olds Cutlass. They take shank lug nuts (which is something I haven't used before...) The guy I bought the rims from had about 12 of the correct lug nuts for the rims which he gave me, but that's just not quite enough... I figured I could buy some replacement lug nuts easily enough from maybe Summit Racing or similar websites.
Looking into shank lug nuts (7/16-20 thread), I found that there are 3 measurements to match: shank length, shank diameter, and shank washer OD. The 12 nuts that are correct for the wheels have a 0.500" shank length, 0.860" shank diameter, and a 1.140 - 1.170" washer OD (varying by individual lug nut). The washer is captivated (it rattles around on the lug nut but cannot come off). I made the measurements with a dial caliper.
The 0.500" shank length is easy enough to match, but I can't find ANYTHING that has a shank diameter of around 0.860". In fact, everything I find seems to be only around 0.680-0.685" shank diameter.
I really like the look of the Ansen Sprint rims, and in fact it is the only aftermarket rim design that I really like and don't find totally ugly. In fact I wouldn't mind buying brand new American Racing Ansen Sprint rims, except that they changed the design around the spoke windows by adding an extra ridge, and I don't think it looks nearly as nice as the originals. In general I was really just looking to get some sort of aluminum rims for the Cutlass, which is what got me started on this in the first place.
Anyhow, if anyone has better knowledge of shank lug nuts and where to get them, please let me know! I'd hate to have just lost my money for such a silly reason as this...
Thanks in advance!

Sorry for the long followup on this. Terry at AKH wheels had just what the "Good Doc" needed! Here's a picture:

I snagged his last 8 extended length lug nuts of the same type I already had (with captivated washer) which he said hasn't been made since 1974. He also stocks lots of replacement 2 piece lug nuts (with a removable washer) for this application, but I didn't like those as much because they have a shorter (regular length) head.
I also picked up his last 4 center caps for these particular Ansen Sprint style rims!
Thank you very much for the pointer, worked out great!!!
