The parts manual refers to it as Group 12.182, MLDG PKG, 77952325 Lid Rear Outer.. The long piece in the middle is not manufactured by any of the aftermarket outfits at this time, but the two smaller pieces on the ends of the quarter panels are currently made.

Try the search function on this site. There is at least one thread, and I think maybe a second, on how some guys have restored the ones they have. The before and after pictures they posted show a marked improvement and if you didn't know better, you would think the after pictures are of factory-new pieces.
