65 Starfire-preferably a convertible
Guys I have the search narrowed down to a 65 Starfire, preferably a convertible. Either choice has to have A/C. Car has to be a GREAT driver or restored. No more space or desire to restore another car. Will travel to see the right car. Any leads are greatly appreciated. And as they all say this is my last one! ( Yeah right) Thank you.

Indeed I mailed him a ton of questions to start with, this car may need a lot more than I what want to do. Don't know yet. And that said, his price at 18K depending on condition is really going to depend on what it needs. But it's a convertible and that would make my wife happy. I can buy a almost perfect 65 Starfire Hardtop for 19K.I'm only holding out for a while on a convertible...but this hardtop is nice.

I checked out this 65 convertible car over internet and text communication with the owner and I believe you can buy this car for 12K. To me that's about 2K to high, but if your willing to go get it and in my case no,would have it shipped, that would save you some $$$ towards the restoration. That said, it's a good candidate for a restoration if you can provide some of the LOVE $$$ of labor. To bring this car back to where I would like it, I would have over 30K in it easy not including a lot of my LOVE of $$$. Again Thanks for the lead CherokeePeople, the search continues.

I like that coupe. WB, AC, PW, PS and power locks- AND THAT DELICIOUS WOODGRAIN WHEEL!😋
Whoever put that vinyl roof on it ought to be beat about the head though. There was a reason CO8 vinyl roof covering was NA on Starfires. Ruins the lines. GP could get away with it with its quarter styling. Starfire, no.

Opps that is a 65. I was in contact with the owner and that car would take to much $$$$ and time to bring up to where I would like it to. However he did come down ti 12K that's a fair price for a convertible. I did not go look at the car though either...

Got this narrowed down to a 62 or 65 Starfire convertibles with A/C. As my search continues I passed on a few very nice 62 Starfire convertibles without A/C .Great driver or restored cars only. Thank to all that have sent me leads!!!

The car has been off and on listed, and recently did not make the reserve on E-Bay. Thanks for looking for me. I'm going to put things on hold for a while. Moderator please remove ad. Thanks.

Thanks for the lead. That Starfire was on E-Bay auction recently and the bidding stopped at $18,662.00 at the time the car was located in Rock Hill, NY now Minnesota..Serial numbers match as well.
