So aside from a few nos overpriced ones i cannot find subframe mounts for my 79 omega all are still in good shape but the ones one the rear of the front subframe are pretty much disintegrated. I know that nova's and other X body's interchange a bit does anyone know if camaro's may work or for sure which interchanges well. I have access to camaro mounts through friends but want to be sure before taking things apart.

I have built many rods with the Camaro subframe. and the Novas work as well. frame wise im sure there the same. the camaros tend to have better swaybars, faster boxes, etc...Firebirds also.

The suspension and steering parts all interchange. The actual subframe structure is not a direct bolt-on from the F-body to the X-body. There are some minor differences in the location of brackets for body mounts/core support. It can be made to work, but it is not identical.
