I doubt it. I read she was given last rites on Sunday, which is why her boyfriend announced she had died as he thought she had after he left the hospital Sunday night. She is still alive but in the hospital in very poor condition, fighting some sort of viral infection.

A work colleague of mine suffered similar. But, it didn't start at any urinary tract. Instead, it started in his mouth, since he didn't take any care of his teeth, before they started falling out. There was enough bacteria available that had spread to vital organs, shutting them down one by one. He was taken to two hospitals, being put under artificial coma. After his situation further deteriorated at the one, they move him inti the intensive care unit at an urban university hospital. He had a 50/50 chance of surviving, from what others in the shop were telling me.
Since he was the shop supervisor, the shop needed one for the time he was hospitalized. It was then when the boss filled in his position with me. All went well and I started sorting out the mess he had made within the previous years of his employ. Since this was a charity second hand shop where we were testing and repairing appliances, garden machines and bicycles which were donated, instead of ordering new parts like the previous shop supervisor was doing, we would simply salvage parts from the donated bicycles which weren't of any value for fixing up. I also donated my own shop inventory and we bought out another.
As I was working in the electrical department, previous to being assigned to bicycles, I used to see how the supervisor of the bicycle department would sit around all day long, until the boss showed up. When he heard him arriving, he would quickly react and pretended to be working. When the boss wasn't there, he'd slow down again and when he got bored, he'd grab a bicycle and then bring it over to the container in order to junk it, so that he could give the excuse that there was nothing to fix. The bicycles he would turn wrenches on often came back, bacause of slipshod work. The boss often showed up and complained. But, he was always treated like a typical spoiled only child. The second in rank boss once had his shop computer's password changed, so that he would stop online gambling, thinking that that would force him to do some work. In other words, everyone knew what was going on.
Unfortunately for me, he recovered and came back messing things up again. He was like the boss's sacred cow. In other words, I wasn't allowed to consequently discipline both he and the other guy working in that department. But, only to "guide them". When they would mess up, I'd be the kick dog for the boss and once for a snitch neighbor of both bosses of which I haven't yet dealt with. Because he was their neighbor, he was also untouchable and showed up only when it pleased him, despite us others being required for punctuality.
After having had an argument with the second-ranking boss, I was suspended for two weeks for verbally defending my stance in the same volume used against me. When I came back, I found the antique bicycle I was restoring (World War II era) missing. I knew who did it and went directly to the boss, explaining the market value and asking as to where it went. He told me that the container was emptied a couple times in my absence. Knowing that he was a habitual liar, I went back there and emptied the entire container. And sure enough, the bicycle was at the very bottom. In other words, the surviving employee wasted no time in ruining my project, the minute he had a chance to do so. As I was unearthing the bicycle, he approached the container, asking as to what I was doing, as if he was still the boss. I would have loved nothing better than to have bent that bicycle frame around his imbecile head like a tubing bender forming exhaust pipes. But, didn't feel like going to jail just yet. I instead asked him if he was attempting at self-employment within the company. He couldn't answer.
It ended up where the boss made him shop supervisor again, after having terminated my employment. He could have done so, immediately after his return. But, waited a couple weeks. I think, he terminated my employ, because I stood up the loudmouth bossess running the storefront.
In any event, he's now dead. But, had I have known this all would have happened, I would have been tempted to visit him in the hospital, back then, in order to speed things up a bit. They don't have security cameras there, meaning that anyone wearing a mask and robe could sneak in and take care of business
