EGR-TCV

I am looking for info on the EGR-TCV Exhaust Gas Regulator- Thermal Contol Valve. My EGR is currently installed on a 1977 Oldsmobile 403 Cu. in. It is supposed to control vacuum to the EGR at 76*F. The TCV is missing.
I am trying to figure out were it goes and what it looks like. I do know there are EGR-TVS- Thermal Vacuum Switch (100*F) or an EGR-DTVS- Distributor Thermal Vacuum Switch (120*F). These are water sensing switches located in the water passage. I don't have a port available on my block to install a water sensing switch. The vehicle is 100% original.
This leads me to believe it may sense via air temperature.

Hoping someone might have a description of the the device, or a picture, a part#, or were I could source one.
I have tried many, many on-line sources and the usual GM/Oldsmobile part distributors with no luck. I am sure it is a common part to many GM motors of that era.
Thanks
Regards,Mike

Sorry, I forgot to specify. I was asking you, Crazy, because you said you had three on a shelf. Mike comes first, of course. It is his thread.

My manual says it comes from manifold vacuum to the EGR. It's the one that sits on the timing case shelf. I have a couple if you can't find one.

That's the one I'm looking for. I believe it just senses temperature, called a TCV.
When you say it "sits" on the timing case shelf are you meaning it does not thread into anything? The one in Jim's picture look's like it threads into the manifold or some place.
Thanks for the reply

Correct, it just sits on it. You should have a metal cover that goes over it, as well. I have both pieces if interested, used of course.
