Angry OldsParts.com

Hello everybody !!! Is someone ordered parts from OldsParts.com ? I did an order on 26-12-2023 and I received nothing yet . I called them on the 10-01-2024 ,they said "waiting for a return spring" , I think it very strange , no news , I know I live in Quebec but ......

You can make credit card claim as long as you show you have been in contact with him recently. Be prepared as Steve will go after you and make false claims. Record everything even phone calls. Keep emails. He always threats to sue. lol. 12 month of waiting for all my parts and never got $1000 worth of them. So charged back.they keep your money and refuse to talk to you when it goes sideways. Most likely you are on his block list. Does not answer call down splay. Garrett and his daughter do same. Good luck. Also I made complaint to “Attorny General of Kansas” they wanted to hear more complaints.

Also contact the U.S. FTC. He's violating U.S. federal law if he keeps your money and doesn't provide reasonable accommodations to get you your service/parts or a refund after 30 days. Don't know if Canada has anything equivalent. But get them involved. Even if you don't live in the U.S.A., he operates a business in the U.S.A. I don't care how many excuses he gives you, if he's not following protocol, he's in violation.
