Sad news, My442
I just thought I'd let you guys know my friend and fellow Olds enthusiast Paul Tumolo A.K.A. MY442 passed away in october. I know some of you know him here. I hadn't spoke to Paul since late August and I recently got my motor back and wanted to show him. I texted him yesterday with no response and one thing lead to another and I found out about his passing. I met Paul in the late 90s when I sold him an OAI hood for his car and we have been friends ever since. I called him 5 yrs ago right after I got my recent project to show him and he came over and we checked it out together, He sold me some Olds stuff and 5 real nice SS1 wheels that I plan to put on my car. We used to text periodically, me with questions maybe and him to check progress on my project. Paul worked at the GM plant in Framingham back in the 70s and had number of cars over the years. He put Oldsmobiles together on the line and had a lot of knowledge. He was very smart, meticulous and always eager to help a friend. I looked forward to show him my project once done. He was a good friend and fellow Olds enthusiast. I will miss him.

That's really sad. I corresponded with Paul quite a bit, especially when I lived in Quincy. He put together a great list for a 4 speed conversion that I still post for people to use to this day. He was a great resource.
More on Paul's life here (I see no obit but read the tributes):
