The is a '66 442. This was a plate maybe 4 inches wide and 2, maybe 3 inches tall. It was found on the frame piece above the steering column. This is what the plate said: The original one was so dirty and rusty that I had to write it down because the camera didn't comply

Those look like cowl tag codes. Was the plate on the outside under the hood next to the windshield on the driver side?
The engine in the diagram appears to be a V-8. Which engine was used?
From my very limited amount of knowledge of cars, it indeed had a V8. Also had one carb, not three. It was so dirty that I don't even know what color the engine was supposed to be.
Where may I find the VIN? The windshield is super dirty, and all the stickers have eroded off. This was the only identification I could find of the car. Thanks!
