Boy, it was so long ago, that I do not remember the address. It was a few blocks east of ARMCO and a few blocks south of whatever road runs in front of ARMCO. Would that be Verity Pkwy? It was between ARMCO and some shopping plaza. It was a 4-plex apartment owned by then real estate magnate Charlie Hurst is you know who that is?
And yes, it was before the downtown mall went in. I always liked Middletown and thought it was a good place to live. But then, I was born & raised in the Steel City of Gary, IN; so what do I know?

You must be talking abou the old Armco (the orig site) that was torn down in the 70s/80s. And yeah I think that is Verity Parkway. I don't live far from there. I live by South Main and Broad St. I don't know who Hurst is.. I am new to the area. I grew up in Southern California.
Middletown isn't too bad..but it is kind of rough around the edges in my/your old part of town. Needs some work but I really don't mind it here at all.
