Has anyone ever modified front suspension on 56 Oldsmobile 88 with a rack and pinion with disc brakes? is there a kit avail to do this?

You could probably use something like Fatman frontend but that will require cutting the front of the frame and welding the new frontend on. Big job. There are no bolt in kits to convert you current frontend.

Have the fatman front stub (with coil-overs and the polished stainless control arms) on my 55 88 custom. It’s really pretty nice. Rides great! I’ve upgraded to Wilwood brakes (nothing to do with the Fatman stuff) and needed to have a custom sway bar made because the one they went sent didn’t fit at all.

Front sheet metal and bumper pretty much bolted right up as well.
