Hi, What is the color to paint the wheels of my 72 442, they look to be the same blue as the car? What is the largest tire I can put on the 14x7 wheel? Thanks Phil

It would be an SS III wheel painted the body color

tire size is all relative to what you want and how comfortable you are pushing the limits. If you go to tirerack and look under BF Goodrich T/As they will tell you what range of tires sizes will fit on your size rim. Most folks I know including me use 245/60/14s all around. Though I know many who push the limits with even larger widths. lots of threads in here that talk about tire size - do some searching you may find some more helpful info.

same color as your car but originally they where painted gray in color the SS lll are the only ones that had the body color as per the brochure for 72
