57 Tire Replacement

Hi - first time I've bought tires for a classic. Is Coker the only good source for radials on a 57? And can you help me out with the right size radial for a 57 88 ? The Coker site seems to list two different radial sizes...thanks!

What are you looking for?
Classic style tires? Wide whites? Modern tires?

Lots of tire suppliers out there. Coker, Universal, Kelsey are some of the bigger ones.
Diamondback gets great reviews for their custom radials.

Croker is no the only manufacture of the wide white walls that were a standard on you car. http://www.dbtires.com/tires.html Has a better product as far as I am concerned and I have bought both for my 57. The closest tire size that I found to match the original wa 215 75R 14 look at page 9. There are other selections in the Catalog as well

I'm looking to buy radials that will most closely match the original wide whitewalls - thanks

You can get your whitewalls in just about any size you want from Diamondback.

Spoke with Diamondback yesterday and oddly they no longer make 215 75r14's...told me Olds owners are often going to 15" rims...? OF course, my original spinner wheel covers won't fit 15 inchers...do any of you guys have any other suggestions other than using an undersized tire? Thanks again

I might add that Universal also carries the American Classic that Lucas has, and they also carry many Coker tires.

The correct Tire conversion should be P225 75R 14" and I was able to get that size from a Distributor of Diamond Back here in Ontario Ca.
Not California!!!
