Can anyone tell me about this Holley carb? Size? What about the distributor? Make? Is it electronic ignition? There is no separate module mounted.

That is an HEI style electronic distributor.
To ID the carb need the info stamped on the drivers side front of the carb, in front of the primary choke blades.
