love those german autobahn
Jep, drove my 69' 88 out for a spin yesterday.
Becouse my cousin was asking me every day after he bought his torino.
So we went to a little trip to a stronghold musea, dates from 1593 but the pressent state dates from 1742
So we went, driving normaly and hold to the speedlimits we have in the Netherlands.
We sat and drink coffee, at the stronghold musea. (bourtange.nl)
But the way home i putted the fastest way home in my tomtom.
Jep, fastest way is on a German autobahn with no speedlimit
nice.
We could drive easy faster than 100 miles on not worrying for the speeding tickets over 18 miles off road
Nice to see those looks on the germans if i overtake them with my fullsized boat
So we finished a nice day driving oure cars,
and thinking with those speeds my 69' 88 was driving real solid on those roads.
especialy with those speeds, with a convertible.

no, i did'nt put the top down.
it is over here a 32F or 15` Celcius.
I wish my brother hade made a video, but he was to impressed off my olds.
And was wondering what hapens if i put it in S
But i think i do not need it, and even never tried it to change the gear while driving.
Did'nt know that the top could blow off i mounted it myselfe.
And held pretty good, and quiet.
Shall remind it next time.
The only thing that catched my eye is that the paint on my performer.
Those ports in the centre where i could put the cross over plugs turned darker
next time i gonna make a video for sure, and lower the top

You're way up north above Arhnem. I drove the road from Einhoven to the Arhnem bridge a few years ago. [ As in the movie " A Bridge too Far"] Sorry, if I've told you that before. It is a wonderful memory.
