You will have to find some junkers and have them re-chromed, or pay an arm and a leg from guys like BumperBoyz and they have a bad reputation. They travel the circuits of the car shows with a big truck loaded with big sellers but supposedly can get you almost any bumper. It is up to you...

I had two valve covers chromed for a price of $50.00. They said a bumper could be anywhere from $500 on up depending on the labor time involved, that was with me providing a bumper. Without a core to work with it would be more.

I doubt it, not for an Olds. That is the problem, if there isn't a bow tie on the front grille you won't find many aftermarket/parts suppliers. Your best bet would be to find some good used ones, junk yards, ebay, etc... Good luck in your search.
